This is about 5 inches tall and a wall medallion printed Limoges France, PIL P. Pastoud on the back. Definitely printed artwork compared to my hand painted dresser set. Looks like a little tourist trinket my grandmother collected at some point.
Yup. You can see the tiny dots.
