3" Coca-Cola Gum Pocket Mirror, Submitted to Coke in c2009 by Bob Alexander of Guardfrog to show his design style and quality but it was rejected because they chose to have there items made in China (and they look like it) 50 made

Yep there's not really a market for new high quality Coca-Cola collectibles. It's either serious collectors who go after the old stuff or decorative/novelty collectors who go for cheap stuff. Nice pin.
Thanks for the comment Daddy_Nobucks , Right he made this in an effort to get a contract to design the new stuff, I was on a Guardfrog kick in 08/09 when I bought 2 of these direct from Bob. I listed and sold 1 in 2010 for $75.00 that I considered a grand slam for a new item but found the 1 guy who collects Coca-Cola Gum items who had to have it, I made it very clear that it was a new pocket mirror.

Now I wish I had a 6 inch too, Mine is 3" and now I need to re-check the curl as I went by my failing memory for the 50 made posted now I'm thinking it was 48, Bob often made a few less in the 6 inch version.
6" version went for $53.00
