International Wall Clock

Hello. Found this recently. Says International on it and that's it. Gentleman I purchased it from said he took it out of an old school. Wooden frame painted silver. Loved the TEN on it. Reminded me of some Deco pieces I have seen. Any info. comments on it would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if the International was early IBM??
