I know absolutely nothing about this piece except for that I love it. I found it in a box with tons of costume jewlery.

Clasp is contemporary. I take it you found a marking that says Made in Italy. If there's no maker mark, not sure how much more we can tell you, but perhaps someone on here might recognize the style or design. It's a nice bracelet! :)
Oh yes, I see that each of the charms is stamped Made in Italy, missed that, was looking at the clasp.
