It is 12.5" tall and, as seen in the pix, has interesting organic-like texture wrapped around its body. The only ID is the stamp on the bottom: " 11". For a long time I thought it was "RR", but looking more closely, it does look more like "11".
I am stumped.
Anyone recognize the style, technique or stamp?
