      That's ok. I can't see the writing enough to read it, but Zippo has a great website with all the date codes on it. Type in 'Vintage Zippo date codes' in your browser and you will find your lighter. Let me tell you tho, if it's got the flint in it still, take it out unless you plan on using it. The flint is the cause of the destruction of lighter collections. I corrodes and bloats up, expanding the whole lighter. I don't know if Zippo has finally added that to their website, but they should. So should all the other lighter manufacturers.

      That is a really nice lighter by the way and you are close. The things you have shown are all important but the main identifier is actually on the bottom ;)

      Oh ok one lighter another one can't get flint out bottom of this lighter has no markings just de sighn inside case top and bottom has three letters or numbers stamped

      Most likely the outer silver case was made in Italy (possibly Eastern Europe) and had a zippo guts placed inside circa 1950.
