Great piece
If you look at the pictures of the 3 plates you will see that they all have differences in the pattern. It's very interesting, and some of the work on the plates is done by hand. I would love to know what the stamp indicates. By from everything I've read and the condition of the glaze imperfection these are at least 19th century.
Just found the stamp on line the mark is a jingdezhen zhi.which is a jingdezhen make.1950 to 1970
