What can you tell me about the date and what is happening? I got this photo about 5X7 glossy in a batch of random photos. Ithink these are Japanese, but maybe Koreans, or Vietnamese--even Philippino.

They each have a parachute, so they must have spilled their guts of their country's secrets to the Amerikaner. LOL !

Is that a Japanese flag up on the side there? The guy on the left of the bottom row is not Japanese.

Bottom left is CIA dropping spies over Tokyo

      Well, that IS a possibility!
Is this a WW11 plane? Someone might be able to tell? I am not sure the Japanese are in uniforms.. I would really love to know the background here--or even a close year.
I notice I keep buying photos that stump me. I wonder why---too much, and about everything.---and then I pass my questions onto---you.

Sure looks like WWII if Dad was around he would know what plane as he was a Army Air Corps mechanic but I found out 15 years after he passed he dropped bombs (was told because he was small enough to fit in the bomb bay)
Anyhow they are dressed for the street 1 holding a camera not the norm for GIs, love the funnel & tube intercom, Hope someone can translate the back.

If this is WW11, I guess I slept thru 9 of them ! Who won ? One guy in the back seems ready to pull the cord. Looks like a DC3 Goonie bird. Clothes may be '50's styles from what little can be seen.

So, blunderbuss--do you think it is a movie promo photo--for like "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo", and the white guy is Jimmy Doolittle?

So, the back is in Japanese. Iwonder what the heck it says. We used to have NevadaBlades to help us. Where has he gone off to??
