Another unknown, though I do think it's probably Czech. The bottom up spatter is of very small confetti and you can feel its texture. The spatter is either the outer layer or under a very fine outer layer of clear glass.

No, I found them Rose......mostly on line but occasionally in charity shops.
It's exactly the same shape Peggy - I'll pop it on tomorrow....
