Hi everyone!
Hoping someone knows or has ideas, or even guesses as to what the stones are and what kind of metal this could be. And you can see it once had something more hanging from all the little loops that run the length of it. And I'm thinking it not too old due to the lobster claw clasp?

What's printed on the hang tag? The "stones" appear to be glass.
It says India.
