    My mother bought these as antiques sometime in the 1960s. I recovered the seats. I'm not sure if these are Chippendale or Queen Anne. There are six chairs, one with arm rests. The table may have been purchased separately. I'm not sure if these are Chippendale or Queen Anne as the claw feet don't have a ball underneath but the backs look Chippendale. Any advice would be much appreciated.

      The first link is to a Chippendale dining set. As you can see your table doesn't resemble the one in the link. Chippendale chairs have the cabriole legs, if you look up cabriole legs on google you will find more examples.

      Yours chairs on the other hand, do seem to be Chippendale in their design - I don't know if the lack of claw and ball feet eliminate your chairs from being Chippendale.

      Queen Anne chairs also have cabriole legs, but the backs are not as intricate or 'fancy' as a Chipppendale. They also have straight tops.
