Antique early American pressed glass by Co- Operative Flint Glass . This two piece pickle dish / compote is from 1896 , in a pattern called "Imperial " by Flint in crystal glass with amber waffles , blue dotted stars and on the smaller bowl satin glass circles. The smaller bowl has a chip on the rim but no other damage to this set , unbelievable for it's age and being sold at a local Goodwill store . This pattern mold was bought by Phoenix Glass in 1929 and they produced pieces in opaque glass , like a cake plate in white & pink glass I would LOVE to find !

beautiful pieces; tho' I think perhaps that is a butter base. I have the Co-Operative Flint Glass and Phoenix Art Glass cake stands in my posts.
