I have this for a few years it is a old man with a peach money box which was made in the peoples republic of China.it is made out of some sort of chalk I think

M understanding is labels that read "People's Republic of China" were used during a very limited period of time from about 1975 to 1979, after which "Made in China" was the term used for exports to America.
