I found these pieces while out today. I'm not quite sure what these are. The one is marked on the back W.Germany and the other is marked C&G Co.

Yes I have an idea because I have one sitting here that belonged to my mother in law. They are called by two names, skirt clip and scarf clip. Mine has the same clasp and is also marked West Germany. Not terribly valuable but a fun collectible.
