Bud man has blue plastic cape.
I rescued him from a garage sale 20 years ago.
I would like to know of its age, n if it is a rare piece. It is getting fragile.
I really like this flying doll . I've never been able to find out any information about this item.
I remember when Bud Man was used. Probably 70's.
