Hello Followers, Visitors, Members and Friends from Collectors Weekly, 14-05-2017, 9:00 PM

What a pleasant surprise to find such a scarce item at the thrift store.
I found what is look to be a wax seal with the MOTO “nil desperandum”, do not despair, never despair.
This is made in Green onyx stone with a very attractive design, this look to be hold by some kind necklace by the look of it.
My trained eyes and the perseverance make me find this piece at the end of a very quite day Saturday, for a big $2.99.
This piece depicted a shield, at the top piece middle 1-clover with a Horn below, inside the shield at the top 3-clover and Horn at the bottom shield 3-dear, at the bottom piece a banner with the inscription “ NIL DISPERANDUM”

This little seal stand 1.75 inch tall, the base is 1.25 inch by 1 inch.

    Many Thanks Everyone for Viewing.
    Alan

Appears to be banded agate stone, which generally came out of Scotland. Possibly a Scottish coat of arms, and part of a chatelaine set.
