This is a nice ww1 altimeter I found. It has the arrow markings on back. The knob used to set altimeter is missing, glass and case are in great shape. The needle does move a little as the weather changes.

Thats pretty cool! My nieghbor was stationed down south during the second world war in the Navy, He joined when he was 16 years old in 1942. He was the head metal smith. And he repaired Shot up US Fighter planes, Like the F4u corsair. He says he still has some gauges that he took out of some of the "scrap" planes, The ones too shot up to be repaired. I think hes going to call me when he finds them.
