I love the vintage pendant - love the image of the girl/woman on it. You may be wondering why there is no pic of the pendant open? Well, the spring on the 'opening' is so tightly wound that it is like a spring loaded trap. You can 'peel' it open for a very brief amt of time but not enough time to get a pic :(

Didn't see any marks on the clasp or on the back of the pendant. Outside of the lovely blue color and designs on the pendant, that is all I know about this necklace. It could have belonged to either Mom or Grandmother. If it had had perfume in it...unless it's an Avon piece I'd say it with my grandmothers's as Mom wasn't big into anything but very light floral fragrances?

I'd guess this necklace is probably 'newer' (using the word relatively) than other pieces I've posted (except the 80's necklace)

This is a Zodiac pendant. The image is that of Aquarius.

Your necklace pre-dates 1990, as it has a spring clasp instead of a lobster clasp.

If we designed a Trivial Pursuit game around costume/fine jewelry...I think you, Ken and a few others would have to duke it out. I'm good at the original stuff...or was good..lol..I haven't played in SO long....but I'd have to graciously concede. Would be fascinating to watch y'all play though!
