I know nothing about this piece and google hasn't helped me much. Hoping someone on here can help me out as to when this was made and what it's worth.

If you read the rules you would know asking value is prohibited. Trifari can be found all over the internet if you google it. The pictures are far to blurry to make out the mark but it looks to be from the 1990's before production went overseas
