    Still deciding on an ID although I did think immediately Kralik. This has a white metal collar - likely chrome - and is 18.7cm high. Now to look for similar!

      I think that the consensus will be between Welz and Kralik. We may never know!

      Interestingly, these spiraloptisch decors owe a lot to Celtic stone carving.
