Wedgwood Jasperware Teapot - 1957 - and Miniature Coffee Pot

Here is my Wedgwood Jasperware Teapot. It's quite a heavy chunk of pottery, and looks to have never been used. Found in a charity shop for £10. It is very well marked and has the full date marked 1957. I find it strange that the inside of the lid is glazed, but not the inside of the teapot. I included my miniature coffee pot because it's cute - another charity shop find.
