a friend brought this to me yesterday. unfortunately, it has some damage, but still a cool piece! i haven't looked it up yet to see who the artist is.

this one is a really tall one - 25.5" tall. it comes in smaller sizes too. it's by Edward Schillaci - Born in the United States, Schillaci studied painting and sculpture at the Beaux Arts and the Greenwich House. His work has been shown at the American British Gallery and other galleries around the country. His sculpture is also in many private collections. Schillaci's painting and sculpture has always concentrated on the human figure. He is a humanist in the true renaissance tradition.
Interesting find. I have their Towering Spheres. Very difficult to research. Last one I found was sold in London years ago for almost $600.
