This has been mould blown and has a highly polished rim. Apart from those simple descriptors, I am a bit lost with this one. European late Art Nouveau into Art Deco. ID help would be appreciated.
It's small at 8.5cm tall so I would go with Heckert or Jralik as first guesses.
