Well the wind finally calmed enough, so I could take pictures of some of my Hawaiian Shirt collection out side. It's not the way I had in mind, maybe a more artsy look, hanging in the redwood tree, but it got the job done.
I really started collecting Hawaiian shirts when I retired in 2009, kind of my own way of saying that I'm always on vacation now. :^D But I got my first Hawaiian shirt in 1985, when my wife and I went to Hawaii, I still have that one, and it's in these pictures, I'll point it out in the comments. As it turns out I have over 70 shirts now, because when I photographed these, and the ones that I'll post in my next post, that's about what I counted, and still have more, including the 2 that I posted earlier in our Salem Oregon Trip finds.
I hope you enjoy seeing my Hawaiian Shirt Collection, because I sure enjoy wearing them on my Vacation! :^D

The 3rd shirt from the top left in the first picture, is my first Hawaiian shirt, that I got for our trip to Hawaii in 1985, almost all the rest I got after I retired in 2009! :^)

Hawaiian shirts... I luv 'em! I have many but nothing like your collection : )
Hey Rick, I just started buying them as kind of a joke, of always on vacation, after retirement! :^D Next thing I knew, I had to find more closet space, then drawer space, luckily some have worn out, so I can get new ones! :^D
