This partial salesman sample automatic farm gate is missing the most important part.......THE GATE. The T post and the gate latch post are adjustable to raise the gate during the heavy winter snows. It folds up as shown for easier transport. I purchased this on EBay with the thought that someday the gate may show up. I've searched and searched for a patent that compares. So far no luck. All I could find out about it is that came from somewhere in Pennsylvania. So far it is a mystery. Maybe one of you collectors can shed some light on it.
Patent drawings would help me re-create the missing gate and restore the gate to working order. Plan to continue looking.

I'm just guessing but it looks like a "Manmade Gluing Clamp" that my husband would come up with in some of his wood projects.
