This watch is from the New England Watch Co. of Waterbury, Connecticut That was in business from 1898 to 1914. It is a ladies 0 size (1.16" across), 7-jewel movement. The case is 1.37 inches across. The serial number is 70136.
This was probably worn by attaching the watch to a nice chain necklace.
Shown for a size comparison is the watch between a USA Half Dollar and a mens 16 size watch.
