I have finally got round to looking through a bag of stones that I have collected over the last few years of rooting around in the bottom of jewellery cabinets and looking for bits & bobs, I am wondering if anyone can tell me more about this stone I have picked out.

The te h ique is called intaglio, stone coold be onyx
Thanks new times I have heard of those type of rings and guess this has come from one , it would most prob have been gold so good chance this will be onyx then. Thanks
