    I've recently bought this brooch and these are the sellers photo's. I recognize the enamel design as I have a similar design on one of my Murrle Bennett pendants.

    There are no marks and as you can see from the back it does have a large scratch. The enamel looks to be in descent condition so I decided to go for it. My views are that it was made by Theodor Fanrner around the 1900s and was designed by Hermann Haussler. I've also put a photo of similar designs. So CW friends, do you think this brooch could be Theodor Fahrner.

      I hope you don't mind me using this post Enameled_Beetle.
      Reading through all the wonderful comments, I was thinking this brooch could be Hermann Haussler. Its not marked and reading the comments this is what Haussler did when working for himself. Also I believe from the photo's of the brooch it looks to be silver plated which Haussler used in his own work.

      I do not mind at all :) I definitely think it looks like the enamel work Haussler did for Fahrner and could be part of an unsigned lower range by Fahrner. The center of the brooch is very similar to my signed Fahrner brooch in the third photo of the link. It is a beautiful piece! :)

After looking at your post I'm in a agreement with you that it is in the lower range part of Fahrner/Haussler brooches. I'm still thinking that it could have been Haussler himself, only because it's not marked. Thanks again Enamel_Beetle for your comment.

      I'm not familiar with either designer but the brooch is undeniably lovely and so colorful. In looking at what you've posted....I can see a definite resemblance.

      Now I am intrigued and going to read up on both.
