The Kellogg Company of Battle Creek Michigan "Keep On The Sunny Side Of Life" Booklet 1933. It provides rules of living right in order to keep you on the sunny side of life! Chapter I lists "constipation" as "Public Enemy No. 1." Chapter II explains what happens to the food you eat and other chapters tell you how Bran cures all evils. There is a calorie counter, one-week reducing diet, ideal weights according to height, and bran recipes.
