UNKOWN ORIGIN SOLID JADE ASHTRAY w/ 4 face design and interesting markings

I think this this is solid JADE. Possibly originally 2 pcs glued together?
Very large and heavy 6lbs. 8"X 8" X 2".

Can anyone tell me what this is, how old, origin?

Coworker says it may be Asian or egytptian.
