This Victorian toothpick holder is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over blue with a vertically striped air trap pattern, & a white interior. This piece is an example of Sateen glass by John Walsh Walsh. It measures 8.5 cm tall, 5.5 cm across the tricornered top rim, & 4 cm across the base, which has a snapped pontil mark.
    English of course!

I know little about English glass but your John Walsh Walsh pieces seem that bit different. Quality, attractive, and interesting!
