I do not know any history on this gorgeous jewelry? box but am certain it is quite old looking at the latch. I believe the trim is brass, it measures 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 and it very thick glass and heavy..Just beautiful and shimmers in sunlight. I looked and could not find any maker's mark so no clue as to who or when it was made or it's origin. ..Any info greatly appreciated.

I have seen many other examples in Cobalt Blue and Amber but never knew where and when they were made. Looking forward to finding out. RER
