I picked up this set on the cheap because it has some kind of gunk on the back of the brooch that looks like can be cleaned off. It has some of the hallmarks of being a DeLizza & Elster (D&E) Juliana set but it isn't.

Can someone verify who possibly made this high end piece and a year made? Is it a book piece?

Ms.CrystalShip, I know it would be much more simpler if it has a lot of small chaton cups which shows a clear 8 but, this set uses so few except for the earrings. The brooch has those large stones and to me, I am seeing the 8s. I should have the piece in my hands his week to be able to take more photos, if not cleaning it as well.

Since, I have edited the description because it has been verified as "not" being Juliana. Now, what is it? It is a high end set. Any ideas?
