    1941 Diplomatic passport of the Axis Croatian State's Foreign Minister -
    used to attend the Anti-Comintern conference in Berlin that was signed on November 25th following the German invasion of the USSR earlier (on the 27th & 28th he would have private talks with both Hitler and Ribbentrop). By years end he would travel to Sofia to sign the joint Bulgarian-Croatian Culture Agreement. The next year he would lead a delegation to Venice on discussions with his Italian counterparts on ammunition requirements and scaling down their activities of their Second Army in their controlled parts of former Yugoslavia. Diplomatic booklet No. 11, hand made quality thin marked paper with leather covers.
