I got this at the Alemany Flea Market today - for free! I knew the dealer and we have always had very nice conversations. After conversing for awhile, he gifted it to me. It's a small vase with an image of General Guan Yu on one side and an inscription on the other. Hand-painted with a lot of skill. there are also a group of three fortuitous bats. It is marked on the bottom. I hope i can learn more about this lovely piece.

this is a Dana vase (all kinds of everything reminds me of you)
a kind of extended guangxu mark in combination with a yuan to qing mark
      it resembles added sedimentation
they make the bats cartoon like
this must be early republic in stead of guangxu

reasonable quality but it is a puzzle
