We just came across this rocker. It has been stored for many years at my father in laws. It is in original condition and I'm not sure where to start to restore it. Has original springs, could and even the old stuffing,

could be a Hunzinger—look beneath the seat and arms/sides for a manufacturer's label

This looks like it may be a Hunzinger rocker, probably circa 1890-1910 which was the period for Victorian mechanical rockers.
