I bought this recently because I think it's beautiful but know nothing about it. I haven't been able to find any marks on the gold Coloured wire of which the brooch is made. The wire is decorated on both sides. Can you help me identify the faux stones and possibly its age please. Thanks to you all

Hi I think the purple faux stones are Amethyst and the blue turquoise. Could you take a photo of the back, it would help to date from the hinge and clasp.
Oops I've just read my comment above, what I meant to say is the glass stones are suppose to look like Amethyst and turquoise.
