On a recent trip to Paris I had the opportunity to catch up with fellow jewels enthusiast & regular CW contributor, Kyratango.
Not only did I get the pleasure of her company, she also gifted me this lovely Jugendstil brooch.
It's gold double which is a thick lawyer of gold over a base metal with a plique enamel leaf & pastes.
It's likely made by the firm of Friedrich Speidel. The last photo is of a Speidel peice with very similar leaves.
