    I solved my own Mystery....

    A person I adore - she is a jewelry hound, too! - gave me this lovely bracelet on Wednesday. There was a link pin missing, which I easily replaced.

    800 silver assayed in Keneh, date mark for 1979.

      I nip in where I think I can make a useful contribution. I pointed out that your cartouche pendant was marked for 18K & referred you to the site for Egyptian marks, which is where I am guessing you found the info needed to characterize this bracelet. Which, by the way, is a particularly nice heavy one. :)
