I have this 30s deco bar with a center revolving door that hold liquor bottles. It also has shelves and drawers. I want to know more about it. What kind of wood is this? It is so heavy. Thanks for any insight.

Suspect mahogany. Much used for furniture in that period. Parts that are out of sight when all the drawers & doors are closed may be a 'secondary wood' that is different.
