I picked up this teapot yesterday at Goodwill. I think it's old. It kind of reminds me of Zanesville, but also of some California pottery pieces. any info appreciated!

Think it’s a Bauer ringware individual teapot?
    4. art.pottery, 3 years ago

I'd be inclined to think Japanese.
    6. ho2cultcha ho2cultcha, 3 years ago
no. not Japanese. it's American, i'm almost certain. Japanese pottery is much less clunky / heavy / thick.

thanks for the comments! i'm pretty certain it is Zanesville or the other roseville [from roseville the town, not the company].
