Special thanks to TallCakes for identifying this piece.
This is Fenton #1502 Diamond Optic pattern. This plate is about "7 from flat side to flat side and was a salad plate.
This is from the 1920s and is most likely Elegant Glass.

The following is my original description.
This seems to be more vintageish than vintage as the true vintage period for Vaseline Glass is the turn of the century. Which is to say the EAPG era. This piece seems to be from the depression era. I have not found anything close to a match for it thus I am making an informed yet possibly wrong guestimate.
This plate is about six inches across and is probably a bread plate. It could have been a salad plate. Plates for salad were smaller in the long ago as were ice cream bowls and so on. An ice cream bowl (sherbet cub) was the size of a wine glass and now cereal bowl is used. Likewise a dinner plate is used for a salad.
I am all in on that as I like Fred Flintstone sized meals.
