Bought this at auction over the weekend where I found all the clocks. Wanted more items but had to hang back to wait for this puppy to stay in budget. Yes! We are really going to mount on wall as a headboard over our bed! It's 42" X 74" so perfect size. Seems to function properly, I just need to replace a bunch of lamps.

Nick, you should know better than to leave yourself open around me . LOL. Now, might I inquire what the numbers on the sides mean & the 1-2-3-4 with what look like holes for jacks are for ? You're putting a score board above your bed ? What does Michele think about that ?
Numbers on sides keep score and the painted numbers at the bottom are for periods. Oops, I mean quarters! Holes are for lamps. Michele totally on board. Her idea to start with!
Great ! I needed one of these in days gone by(now). LOL !! Never could understand that saying, "dying with my boots on". Now, in the saddle has it's appeal. LOL !
