I just picked this up from a local thrift store. I have never seen anything like it and I have tried for an hour to find something on it. I havae hit a wall, so that is why I am posting here. If anyone can chime in with help or insight, I would appreciate any help.

I have one as well, but it doesn't have the Hot Wheels stickers. I got mine in an estate sale. I can't seem to find anything about it.
