I have been "gone"for a month or so, was at my mom's house in Pennsylvania. The thrift shop/flea market pickings there were pretty bad, so I didn't really have anything much to post. Now that I am back on my own turf, goodies abound!!
I don't think the bracelet is Bakelite but am not 100% sure. Can anyone make out the signature? French, perhaps?

    Thanks for any assistance!

Glad you're back, things weren't the same without you. On to the bracelet, it sure looks like Bakelite, but even if not, it sure is beautiful :) !

Hi Ken! I was told it might be French Galalith. Still researching. Wish I could figure out the darned name, LOL!

American bakelite wasn't signed, so I agree this must be something special from the phenolic plastic era, a designer piece?. I Love it! Welcome back Bonnie :-)
