    HI All,

    Went for a walk this morning and I found this on the top of a trash receptacle. It did not seem right that the piece should go to the land. I think it is kind nice and would like to know what it is. Native American, Pakistani, Chinese? New or old? If you could help it would be greatly appreciated.
