Hi fellow Collectors,
I knew I'd seen this little vase before and after a short search found it here belonging to Sklo. They're identical in shape and size (it's just under 14cm high) only instead of iridescence this one is pink lined and has a snake.
It has three ball feet, one slightly smaller than the other two, giving it a definite 'front' where the head of the snake is.
I assume it is a Harrach as it's so similar to Peggy's but have no idea how old it is, the seller thought '50/'60's, which looks like it could be right to me but does anyone know if that's correct?
Thank you

I think it's late Victorian - Art Nouveau. Too much going on to be MCM era. Have seen this three ball base on inkwells, too, some with iridised finishes, which is another pointer to a late 19th - turn of the 20th century date. Nice buy!
