I don't know much about this unusual Minibike. It Says Road Runner on the front. MFG. by A.F. Jenniches Inc. Powered by an old Briggs & Stratton engine. Model 80302 Type 943061 S/N 5812030. It has a special plate on the engine that reads Special plate 1255 Dept. of Revenue Penna. It also has a motorcycle license plate on it. 7508MC. If anyone knows anything about this old bike or where I can find out any info. it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Looks like many different parts to other bikes more like a art creation to me :-) It is cool to look at !

A thought/idea from WAY out in left field:

It looks to me like this bike has too many 'footrests' in too many places (plus the overly wide looking handlebars) making me wonder if it was intended to carry more than one 'passenger'. Could it have been made as a "clown bike" (etc) for use in a circus or Shriner's parade or something??

Might have been born a Cushman. Had a traumatic life.

My guess is late 50's to early 70's vintage. These were very popular, and referred to as mini bikes, and also tote goats in my area. A quick search of this company name came up empty, but the fact that it was licensed, you should be able to back track thru motor V, for info. I assume the handle bars are adjustable, and held in position with eye screws? Very Nice Indeed!
