Here's a few more items from my "musical noisemakers' collection. [I could *not* own that boxful, ifn's I had kids in the house?!! <lol>] All these probably qualify as kids' "rhythm instruments" technically, meant to be used in elementary school/Sunday school/daycare/etc classrooms to help introduce children to making music.
These are 3 sets of brass 'cymbals', measuring respectively 6-3/4", 5", and 3-3/8" across. The largest pair is labeled with a "FIRST ACT discovery" logo, the other two pairs are unmarked. The smallest set *might* to could be actual orchestral "finger cymbals" instead of child's toys, but I'd imagine they would have a maker's mark if so...?
