    I purchased at a resale, it is marked 18kt gold but I cannot make out the hallmark. I am assuming the stones are rubies, diamonds, and enamel flowers. It has not been tested. It measures 2" x 1 1/2". If anyone would like to share, it will be very much appreciated.

      Marvelous piece. If there are no other marks than 18K on it, it is most likely American, and exceptional work for a US jeweler, unless one goes East to the big names in New York and New England. It would be interesting to do a Google image search and see if you come up with anything. Also check by Googling variously worded descriptions of the piece, see if anything similar turns up...
